Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions.

Northville Candle Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or burned candles.

If your candle arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.

Unused candles in their original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup and provided with pickup instructions
